Purchased a brand new phone and ported over the number from Verizon which was a 2 hour headache with Sprint customer support (if you can even call them that). Now I am having a nightmare of a time activating the WIFI CALLING on my device.
Receiving the following "Enablement Error":
We are unable to process your request at this time, please power cycle the device and try again. -1282
Have gone through the steps. Power cycled the device. Reset network settings. Hard reset. Nothing works. I have shoddy reception at my residence and need WIFI calling for business. If I don't get this sorted out in the next day, bye bye Sprint.
