ZERO help from Sprint employees

Sprint employees are charging me AGAIN for insurance, I DON'T HAVE! I have called numerous times, everyday, can't find one employee who understands English or who is qualified to do the job. You did this same thing 4yrs ago. Charged me for insurance THAT I NEVER HAD from JUNE 2015-JANUARY2017.
