Activation Fees

I recently purchased 5 sims cards over on the Sprint website and was told that I will not need to pay the activation fees because I have my own devices. After I received my sims, I called to get some help activating the sim and was told again that they had put a note on the account to waive the activation fee. But now when I check my next billing cycle, I see that there is 3 separate activation charges. I was told and assured that the activation fees would be waived. I can say with certainty that this is not a good impression as a first time customer.
