HORRIFIC SERVICE AND BILLING

I've place 8 calls to sprint in the past week.  There is absolutely no accountability. i don't even believe posting on these boards will do anything. I added a 5th line on 9/30 and ordered the iphone 8 plus. I was quoted $214 a month taxes fees phones and service all included. Of course I get the bill and its $80 more per month. With the calls being monitored and recorded I was told the call would be pulled and listened to and someone would get back to me. MICHELLE A RESOLUTION SUPERVISOR OF ALL PEOPLE COULDN'T BE RUDER.  SHE WAS LOUD AND CONTINUED TO OVER TALK ME AND TWISTED EVERY WORD.
