I’m confused on why we’re being charged for phones that have been returned and why there is any kind cancellation fees. We were eligible for an upgrade.
Oh that is concerning. How long ago did you return the device, and were they returned to the store?
The phones were delivered on Monday, said a credit would be put on the account when the phones were received. But I have yet to see a credit. They were mailed in.
After the devices are delivered it can take up to 7-10 business days or less for the warehouse to process the return.
