Lies on my bill

Someone really needs to solve this because I don’t have the money to being doing this


my brother signed on with a line on my account so I upgraded my phone. The lady at the store told me that it would be $2 a month for us to get cases because I have an employee account (my cousin works for Sprint) and because I have been a member for a few years. I agreed because wow $2 a month instead of outright paying $50 somewhere for a case but I checked my bill today and I am being charged $17.50 for these accessories. 
I have seen other people say this happened to me and it’s sad they can get away with this.
