So I’ve been a member for quite some time and I’ve struggled with making on time payments but none the less I still make the payments!!!!
I set up a payment arrangement with a card that I had on file. I recently lost that card had to cancel and am waiting for replacement. I forgot about the payment arrangement until I got notification today about it. I get off work late so I had to chat with a rep. I’m trying to change the card information so that the payment will go through. The chat rep was not helpful at all and said the payment is already in process. The payment should not have been processed until the actual date but apparently sprint charges a day early which is wrong in their end!! And I don’t get paid til fridays. So I was a little confused. The rep wanted me to make another payment also which I’m not sure how he expected me to do that. So now I have to call my bank to try to figure something out so that the payment can go through and do all of this stuff when spring could’ve helped solved the solution!!! Horrible service comes with horrible customer service!! I’m not sure how long I can keep going with this.

Oh, that's part's okay. I was thinking that if it was after midnight, the payment arrangement would have already started processing. But I'm assuming it was showing processing as a way to hold it from changes, since it was that close to the time for it to go through, not that it was pulling the money at that time. I would like to provide a tip at this point to help avoid future issues. If you get paid on Friday, I recommend setting the arrangement for Saturday. We start processing and pulling the money at 12:01 AM. If there is any processing delay with the bank, this can effect the successfulness of the arrangement.
Do you know how much longer it will be until you receive the replacement card? Do you have a bank account that we can use instead?
