No HELP at all! In regards to editing Payment arrangement

So I’ve been a member for quite some time and I’ve struggled with making on time payments but none the less I still make the payments!!!! 

I set up a payment arrangement with a card that I had on file.   I recently lost that card had to cancel and am waiting for replacement.   I forgot about the payment arrangement until I got notification today about it.    I get off work late so I had to chat with a rep.   I’m trying to change the card information so that the payment will go through.    The chat rep was not helpful at all and said the payment is already in process.   The payment should not have been processed until the actual date but apparently sprint charges a day early which is wrong in their end!! And I don’t get paid til fridays.  So I was a little confused.   The rep wanted me to make another payment also which I’m not sure how he expected me to do that.      So now I have to call my bank to try to figure something out so that the payment can go through and do all of this stuff when spring could’ve helped solved the solution!!!    Horrible service comes with horrible customer service!! I’m not sure how long I can keep going with this.

Gabriel : I am sorry to inform you that we can't cancel the arrangement because it's in processing now.
You : So that card is lost and canceled!!! I received notification today that PA is being processed tomorrow. I just got off work and didn't have time earlier
Gabriel : Shall we process the arrangement amount and make it secure.
You : what does that mean?
Gabriel : Sorry the amount is in processing , it can not be canceled from our end,
Gabriel : Are we still connected?
You : Yeah, I'm trying to see how that's gonna work
You : because Im pretty sure it's gonna come back not working
You : why would it process when it's supposed to go through on July 12?
Gabriel : Shall we process the arrangement amount on our end .
You : Again how and what did that mean?
You : I get paid in Friday the 12th which is what I set my PA for
Gabriel : I can understand .
Gabriel : Do you allow me to to take the payment of $446.84 to make it secure.
You : So I didn't get paid today!!! I get paid tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Check does not come in until tomorrow!!!!!!!
Gabriel : I do agree with your situation and I would like to inform you that for setting of the arrangement your account the upfront amount to make it secure till next arrangement .
You : So you were absolutely no help!!!!!!!!!! I asked to change the card because the PA will not go through. You refused!!! The you stated that the process is already going through when today is not the PA day.
You : I still did not understand what you stated?
Gabriel : I do understand and I am Sincerely sorry for it,
You : So I'm just gonna leave it at that and find away to figure things out
Gabriel : Is there anything else I can help you with today?
You : But you didn't help at all so no have a great day

We don't want to lose you as a customer over a billing issue. May I ask at what time this chat took place?

It happened around 10pm, again I had no time earlier to call in due to work.

Oh, that's part's okay. I was thinking that if it was after midnight, the payment arrangement would have already started processing. But I'm assuming it was showing processing as a way to hold it from changes, since it was that close to the time for it to go through, not that it was pulling the money at that time. I would like to provide a tip at this point to help avoid future issues. If you get paid on Friday, I recommend setting the arrangement for Saturday. We start processing and pulling the money at 12:01 AM. If there is any processing delay with the bank, this can effect the successfulness of the arrangement. 

 

Do you know how much longer it will be until you receive the replacement card? Do you have a bank account that we can use instead?
