Problems with Lease upgrade with buy back credit

I upgraded a phone to the iPhone XS Max back in September and did the buy back credit (18appleweb) for the old phone and still haven't received any credits. I have an email from the buy back dept. confirming that they received the phone. I called 3 times on this issue and just get the run around!! No one knows what credit I'm talking about. I'm so fed up with Sprint, I have been a customer since 2001 and I'm looking at other carriers. This isn't the only issue I've had with Sprint in the last year.
