Sprint Satisfaction Guarantee Refund

Hi,

 

I tried out Sprint, but cancelled within 14 days. I was charged for the first bill, and I contacted Sprint chat for a refund. Since then, there have been some adjustments on my account, but the changes total to a positive amount (meaning I will be charged even more?). Can someone look into this for me?
