Not the first trouble I have had with sprint lately. However, yesterdays interaction was definitely worse. I'm looking for a replacement company as we currently speak.
A while back sprint offered the galaxy forever plan to me. I was told that I would be eligible for an early upgrade free of charge. However, when it was time to do so I was told I would to pay $150 down for the new phone. Talk about being upset and lied too.
After talking to several reps we ended up canceling three lines to save money. However, this months bill actually went up in price to almost $200 just for two lines!! When I called to explain that the rep said I could save about $40 a month to cancel the lines and seeing that my bill actually increased I messaged support and called.
Both reps were horribly rude to me and told me my best option was just to cancel sprint. I'm not joking, they actually told me that. When I asked to speak to a retention specialist I was told that none are available for me to speak too.
