Sprint doesn't out us first

I have gone thru the ringer for months now after leaving att 10 years. My plans have been changed 4 different times , I have been lied to over and over, no one makes notes in acct which git us here I have a bill I dint owe and called three times this week to restore service that they assured me would not be disconnected until dispute was fixed. This is consumer fraud I'm without a phone the free for a tear promotion is almost icer I didn't get to enjoy the benefits at all the upgrade nothing. Sprint tells customer what they want to hear to get them to switch and after they have they scan them and over charge .  Why couldnt they do what they said and fix it
