I traded in my Iphone SE for an IPhone X. Sprint agreed to give me a $20.84 credit for the trade in. I mailed the old phone in the envelope Sprint provided. Three times Sprint removed the discount without warning. Each time I had to waste over 30 minutes of my time getting the credit reinstated, even providing a tracking number at which time they acknowledged receipt. Now Sprint has removed the discount for a 4th time. They claim They never received the phone despite the prior acknowledgment and play dumb about the prior conversations. At this point I dont know whether they are incompetent or dishonest.
