I changed my Due date 2 months ago from the 16th to the 24th. I set up AutoPay to withdraw on the 24th. Sprint decides that wasn’t soon enough and processed it today. Now my account is over drafted and I still have other bill that are due to come out and all they can say is their sorry. I don’t want your Sorries that’s not correcting YOUR error!! I didn’t want to use AutoPay because it’s always something with Sprint!! REPS have no empathy! If I didn’t pay my bill you would disconnect me but when it's an error on your part you want me TO HURRY UP AND WAIT!! What I pay for 1 phone is 150.00 and you want to just take my money and I pay you on time!! I HATE THIS COMPANY AND WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO RUN FROM SPRINT AND THEIR RUDE REPS! I WILL NOT GET ANOTHER DEVICE THROUGH YOUR COMPANY I’M so glad I didn’t add another line!! Once this is over I’ll pay to get rid of your services!!! This a very shady company!!

So I spoke SPRINT rep and just like I said they are rude and very condescending!! Here is our conversation!!! Sprint is a job! Where are your Ethics? You don’t care about customers just numbers!!! This person had the nerve to ask me if I just couldn’t make the payment today. Is it just that your comprehension is lacking the skills to understand what I said before?!
Looks like you are working with Greg. I can completely get where it would seem like they were being rude. You had to repeat yourself several times. He is looking into what we can do.
