When I sign into my account(from either phone on the account and also my PC) and try to “view bill” it tells me “sorry an error has occurred during this action, we are working on it. Please check back later” this has been happening for the past 3 days. Is there another way to view my bill?
Hi there. I would definitely use the My Sprint app to log in and view your bill until that error can get sorted out. Can you help provide us some additional info about the error you are currently getting so we can try and look into this a bit further?
