Why do i have to pay because i was misinformed

It is so unfair that i am being made to pay hidden charges added  to my bill because the sales rep misrepresented my tablet  sale .I have been a faithful customer of Sprint,I feel as if they do not believe me.They choose to stand behind the sales rep that misrepresented the sale...

I am disabled and i really need my service I live on a fixed income and i really can not afford to pay the hidden charges that have now been added to my bill.Maybe i should change phone carriers.My feelings are so hurt right now.Woman Sad
