help, need account credited for equipment returned

I was sent a phone that I didn't order. I sent it back months ago & have proof it was del. Have contacted cust. service 3x (last time a few days ago- she said she would note my account & escalate the issue). Today I am getting texts saying account is about to be suspended, I paid the normal billed amount but NOT paying for phone I never asked for & alrea. PLZ help, thanks in advance!!
