I am having the exact same problem and I am on a Note 9.

Re: set data limit

BTW, this doesn't work from the misprint mobile app either.  There is no "data Usage Cycle"

https://support.sprint.com/support/tutorial/Manage-data-usage-Sprint-Flashtrade/WScenario_542_38224_...

There is no TAP DOWN

Sprint claims this can be done.

Re: set data limit

@rcanuel, this may be dependent on what phone you have. I have a Galaxy s9+ and I can type in the number to set my data usage limit.

Re: set data limit

That's like saying it "it may be dependent on the color of the phone"

No where does  sprint say setting data limit "not available on iPhone".

Again, the feature to "set the data limit" is on the "My Sprint web site"; which is available on any browser (IE, Firefox, chrome, and safari) on any laptop (Mac or windows)...

It just does not SAVE the changes.

Re: set data limit

You're showing me a screenshot of www.sprint.com, I was talking about the settings through the phone.

We understand that there's an ongoing issue with the website. It's been reported and we're working on it.

Re: set data limit

I'm happy to report, that the Sprint website ("manage data limits") has been fixed.....after ~4 months.....

Now, one can set limits on any phone, on a plan.  All via mysprint website, not from the individual phones.
