Anyone know how I can cancel my service and pay in full in February only to find out three months later that I owe them money because they never canceled my service. I don't even have the phone anymore. But they are still saying I owe them. Literally spent 5 hours last week (mostly on hold) with customer service and got no help. Do not even know who to speak with anymore. And now I get a notice from a collection agency. Any advice?
