Timing: The download can take from 60 to 90 minutes to complete. (The BlackBerry Web Loader Option is the quickest download)
NOTE: Be sure to back up your data in case the update fails.
If you do not have access to a PC and do not choose to use the Over the Air (OTA) download please schedule an appointment at a Full Service Store (Not an Exchange by Mail or Sales Only Location) so they can process the upgrade for you.
