I saw a post from another site that says BlackBerry updated the OS for the Curve 8330 and 8330m for Sprint. I went to RIM's site and when you go through the prompts you will find the new OS. My question is why has not Sprint said anything about it (nor updated their site with the new OS) or released what the changes are? I would link to RIM's website but I don't want to get yelled at but the file name is this,"8330mAMEA_PBr4.5.0_rel295_PL220.127.116.11_A18.104.22.168_Sprint_L.P.exe" (the 8330 is without the m).
sprint did post the new software.
choose your device, and the update will be listed.
the version listed is 22.214.171.124
this is the version on my new refresh inferno 8330m
I know about that. I am wondering why when you go to BlackBerry.com there is a new OS for the 8330 and 8330m (see heading for exact OS number). I know that Sprint.com is not showing the very new operating system so that is why I am asking anyone if they know anything about it. Here is what is says after you choose Sprint L.P. and the 8330:
Software For BlackBerry® Curve (TM) 8330 smartphone
BlackBerry Handheld Software v126.96.36.1995 (Multilanguage)
Package Version: 188.8.131.525
BlackBerry Handheld Software v184.108.40.206 (Multilanguage)
Package Version: 220.127.116.11
There is a new OS but everyone seems to be oblivious to it...

The Blackberry website usually has the links uploaded before the Sprint.com site and wireless update have them available. It is nothing new. They should start showing up on the Sprint.com site and wireless update soon.
