On any Blackberry the first step is to pull the battery and let the device reboot. If it displays NO SERVICE or SEARCHING when other Sprint phones have signal it sounds like it could be a bad device. If you click CHAT at the top of the page or call 888-211-4727 from another phone we can troubleshoot the network, the provisioning of that number on the account, and the device itself. We also need to get an address close to where you are to eliminate that as a possible reason for the service issues.
