Re: Nextel Blackberry 8350i upgrade to v5.0 device software
My phone is activated on a Blackberry Enterprise server, and when I downloaded the v5.0 software it says that I can't install it. I happen to be the IT guy who manages the BES and I have no policies in place to prohibit the installation. How did people apply the software to an 8350i? I don't mind doing it if I can figure out how. If the phone was a stand alone device instead of being activitated on the BES would it accept the upgrade?
