Poor sound quality & no calling when plugged-in make me hate my 8330. Any suggestions?
I'm on my fifth replacement, the last one I had to pay for, of this dog of a phone.
Nobody could understand me at first and I can't understand anyone with an accent. I've been told by my employer never to call him on my cell phone! They told me to turn it off for an hour twice a week, but that hasn't helped.
It's also the only phone that I've had that won't make calls if plugged in just after it dies. It has to charge first. I'm very frustrated and will research my next phone very thoroughly before making a purchase.
I haven't found any solutions to these problems with Sprint's technicians. If you've got one, I'd love to hear it.
