Reactivated BB Torch (from BB Bold) and now can't send text pics

I reactivated (online) my BB Torch yesterday (old phone was the new BB Bold) and had to do several battery pulls and shut-offs to get my Internet and email working again. My BB App World still doesn't work (says it can't access my account) and I cannot send pics through text. I had no problems with any of this on the Bold.

What do I need to do to fix this? I would rather NOT have to visit a Sprint store (wait times, holier-than-thou staff, etc.)

Any help would be VERY MUCH appreciated.

Reactivated BB Torch (from BB Bold) and now can't send text pics

I can refresh some services from my end and do some testing to see if we can get it working again.  Send me a private message (click on the Avs pic and the link will be on the right side of the screen for private message) and include your Sprint phone number so I can work on this for you.
