Do you see 1XEV on the top right of the phone and also do you see browser icon in the menu list. if not, take the battery out keep it off for a minute and powercycle..go to options-advance options- host routing table-press menu and reg now.Second step would be is go to options(wrench icon)- mobile network.press menu - start provisioning/update profile..once profile update is complete the you should be able to log in.If you still have issue, call tech support for help.
