I received my sprint bill today and it was almost 30.00 higher than normal. Called and they said my 8 gig plan had been retired and they changed it to the 15 gig without contacting me at all! Just changed it, charged my bill and going to take out of my account per auto pay. This is wrong in so many ways!!! They said they could only give me a 10.00 discount and changed it to the senior plan which is close to what I was paying. I should NOT Have to pay any of the increased bill due to I did not ask for it. Very crooked! I’m very upset they should take the other 18-20 extra off my bill they charged me without my permission. I’m looking to switch to some other cell company. Why do they do this to thier good customers? I’m also going to contact the better business bureau on this one!!!

So we got phones from an authorized dealer and let me say we got made fools of.  This was worse than purchasing a car.  So we got 4 lines and told the kids phones were free and iPhones but 1 get one free...well now they want us to pay for all the phones and charges are over 100 more.
