sprint has a major fraud problem

found out someone was allowed to add 5 new iPhone to my account without my authorization at all. Now I am suppose to wait for the fraud department. What about sending notifications when phones are added or bought with your active account? Why do I need to wait for these phones to be removed from my account. Been with sprint almost 20 years now and this is the first thing that has happened that makes we want to leave their services.

If there is an open fraud case investigation it will be reviewed within 30 days and you will be contacted and provided an explanation of findings by one of our representatives.
