How much I have to pay for early cancellation fee?

My contract agreement will end on October 4th 2012 so basically I have 4 more months. I wonder how much do I have to pay if I want to cancel my contract like tomorrow? Anyone has an idea?

The dollar amount of an Early Termination Fee is based on when the contract was originally signed and how long remains on the contract. Assuming you signed a two year contract in October of 2010, your ETF should be $50 based on the table below.

I signed a new contract in January and sprint told me 375 to cancel.

Are these the same amounts that would be applicable to smartphone cancellations?  [I thought smartphone ETFs were higher.]

yes, that is correct; smartphones with advanced tech specs has higher etf than basic phones; but vutuan minh, why do you want to cancel?

Prior to 9/9/11 the highest fee was 200 dollars  after 9/9/11 there is one fee for advanced devices 350 dollars and one for basic devices  200 dollars.  To make the more expensive devices affordable we give a higher rebate for upgrades and new customers this means the ETF will be higher.
