I have an outstanding bill with Sprint from years ago.

I have an outstanding bill with Sprint from years ago.

If I pay the $200 I owe them from when I was 18 and lost my job, literally a week after getting my own plan, would I be allowed to reopen an account? Iu nderstand I'd get a new number and what not, I just want to know if this will inhibit me from opening a new account with them.

As long as you pay your outstanding bill and you have a zero balance due on your account, you will be able to get your account re-opened. Yes, you will be assigned a new number and its possible a deposit may be required.

You cant reopen your account if it is already past 45 days from the cancellation date but if you pay the bill, you can open a new acct with a new number. They will run a credit check and I think you will have a spending limit and a deposit as well.
