We would round up to 2. You may also cancel during your final month of service and not incur an ETF even though your contract hasn't "expired" because the end date hasn't passed.

The early termination fee is based on months remaining, but it is not mentioned how remaining weeks/days are handled. For example, if a contract expires in 1½ months, does Sprint count it as 1 full month or round up to 2?
