Chat is available on several portions of the sprint.com Web site. These include the online shopping experience, web registration, on areas of My Sprint and on the Support tab.
The Chat icon, as a general rule, displays in the upper right section of the Web page in all areas but the online shopping experience. On the online shopping experience pages, it displays in the upper left section of the page.
The Chat icon currently displays during normal operational hours only when chat agents are available:
If agents are not available to chat, or it is after regular operational hours, then the Chat icon will not display on those pages.
Did you know that you can ask questions here, on the Community? You can find many of the answers you are looking for from our expert employees & customer advocates here on Community. So please be sure to search the community for answers, if you have an issues with billing or payments specific to your account, we have agents that can access your account of needed. Always look for the Sprint Employee badge and/or the Social Care Agent badge.
