I recently signed up for new service with Sprint and activated my online account today, but I noticed that there is a typo in my first name on the billing contact info that is listed on my account. Unfortunately, I'm unable to correct it -- I can change my address and land line number, but it won't allow me to modify my first or last name. How can I go about getting this typo corrected? I want to set up autopay, but I don't know if the typo will cause any problems with this. Any help is greatly appreciated.
For this, you more then likly will need to take your government issued ID, to a local corporate sprint store, to have the issue fixed.
Auto-pay - Can be done online ... by setting up auto pay.
