Talked to a rep because I had very slow data speeds. Almost unusable. I'm in Northeast Ohio, anyone else have this issue? Rep informed me a known outage is being worked on, and gave me a ticket number (9971914). I cant seem to find a way to check updates. Is there any new info out there? Thanks.
I am happy to help with this situation. I looked up the ticket for you and it is still on going. They have an estimated time frame of about 72 hours. I would not live and die by this estimate. We have local phone company and Sprint engineers working on this issue at this time. Thanks for your patience. It is appreciated.
