SOLUTION: Coolpad Illumina (3310A) - No data services after ##BRAND#
After performing a ##BRAND# the handset may appear unable to connect to the internet.
This can be identified by an exclamation point in the signal bar indicator or appear as repeated connection attempts to access the internet.
To recover from data loss after completing ##BRAND#, perform an update profile using the settings menu:
Menu > Settings > System > System Updates > Update Profile
If the original branding issue remains after the update profile, please complete a factory data reset before resorting to a device exchange. This will remove user data and allow for the device to pull a fresh branding load.
Menu > Settings > System > Reset options > Erase all data (factory reset)
