In some cases, the Tracker may report "not responding" within the Safe and Found application.
Be aware that the Coolpad Tracker and the handset being used with it must be active on the same account. That account must not have more than 50 active lines already.
Additionally, the Tracker only works on Sprint 4G Networks in the US. This product is not available in PR or VI.
Confirm the Tracker is powered on.
-Quickly press the power button, the light will flash yellow quickly.
Confirm your tracker has sufficient battery.
-Plug in your tracker, solid yellow (charging) or solid green (fully charged)
Locate Now from within the application
Confirm that your tracker is still paired to your Safe and Found application
-From the application, select ring
-From the map view, select your tracker and see the history
