Some users report that initially, their Tracker seems to remain with a yellow light while on the charger for an extended period of time
Please be advised that depending on the existing battery level of the product that it might take up to 24 hours for the Tracker to fully charge and display a green light.
1. Check the 4 charging terminals on the Tracker and on the charging cord to make sure they are clear of debris and that they make a firm connection 2. From the paired device, got to the home page of the Safe & Found application then tap on the Tracker. Locate the battery icon to the right and see if it is all black which indicates a full charge. 3. Contact Customer Care Technical Support if issues persist.
