Samsung GS10/Note 10 Unable to Attach to LTE After Update

Symptoms

 

Headsets are not connecting or staying attached to LTE after installing software version DTC9.

 

 

Solution

 

Please perform a reset of the device network settings.  This will not remove any personal data.  Please ensure you are not in 3G/CDMA only before starting.

 

Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network mode > Automatic (device may reboot to apply changes)


Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings
