Customers may not be able to reliably dial out (make phone calls) after updating to the September software release: 10.5.20.IN55CB.  You can receive calls without issue. Customers may observe when placing calls they will hear ringing and when the person they are calling answers that the phone dialer app will close.

*99 is not supported on the new voice platform.  When latched on to an Airave and *99 is dialed three beeps will be heard.  However, instead of hearing “You are now within Airave coverage” an error stating “The number of code you have dialed is incorrect.”, is heard.
