Erroneous Charge for equipment non-return

I am being charges for 2 non-returns of 2 sepearte devices.

I sent both devices into the mail with the envelope sprint provided.  But now what can I do?  I put them in the mail and they now have assessed a charge to my account.  How can I prove I sent them? 

I have yet to speak with a representative but I need to know my options here because I really am afraid I will hit a brick wall from Sprint and they just say tough, we never got it.

Someone PLEASE HELP!

I'm sorry this has happened to you.  I have a tool I can use to track them down.  If you will please private message me your phone number and the pincode or security answer to your account, I will use it to find them.  Maybe this will save you a stressful phone call or two!
