I have paid off my essential phone and am attempting to move it to verizon but it states on the phone "Network locked - no service" I have contacted support but they say that my phone is unlocked.
Could anyone please help with this?
Hey Brian! I can help out with this. Did you have the Sprint SIM card loaded at the time of the unlock request and how long ago did you pay it off or have us unlock it? Android phones require the Sprint SIM to be present in the phone to receive the unlock signal.
If you send me a PM with the MEID or IMEI, i can double check the unlock status of that Essential Phone.
