I broke my phone about a week ago and had one of the Sprint techs repair it for me. Well, it turns out that not only was the screen messed up but also my volume up button and I couldn't hear what people said on the phone unless I put it on speaker phone. He said that he would order me a new phone and that it should take about a day to come in. It's been almost a week now and still no phone. About how long does it usually take to get the new one in?

I had just my EVO two time in two week
One was sent my the insurance
And the other replacment. Was in store .
If it was backed order .
The representative should of explained it to you .
Or at least of given the courtesy of calling. You. To explain the holdup ...
