Not able to activate Nexus 6P

My 6P used to be on my account then I deactivated and put it on Project Fi then I canceled the FI service from google and now when I try to add the phone back to my account even support said it is not in their system when they even see it as a inactive device on my account would someone here care adding the MEID back to sprints data base been a sprint customer for 7 years now and this is disappointing
