Hi @dondonsj, I have reviewed the area and everything seems to work just fine. Can you let me know since when are you experiencing this issues? It's only impacting you or any one else?
Since I moved to the area, almost 2 years ago. I have issues on campus which is up on a hill, but when I drive down into the city and at the base I have (High Street and Bay, 95064) much better service/internet. I haven't met any other Sprint users here, but i'll try asking around.

What's your device make and model? Can you specify what troubleshooting steps, if any, you've tried so far?
Please try turning your phone to Airplane mode and then turn Airplane Mode off and, see if it connects to 4G LTE.
