The issue has been resolved. Our agency's Sprint Rep contacted me and had me re activate the phone with a pin # she gave me. It solved the problem. Thanks.

I am getting a "Data loss due to a MIP failure. Error code: 67 on my Sonim XP Strike. It was working but not I am getting this message and I'm unable to connect to anything.
