We went to two different Sprint stores to activate a phone. The first said that it was not showing in the system as compatable. [note: We contacted the person whom we purchased it from, who used it on project fi, and they said they canceled their account.] The second store said that perhaps it had not been released back into the system. This is the first of three phones that we will need to activate on our account as our current phone leases will be over soon. We really need this taken care of. Any assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
