i use apps like viggle and i have a issue

when i check in sometimes i get the no microphone detected and i have talked to viggle over and over and its not there issue im wondering if its my phone or not

my phone is the htc evo 4g lte and its fully updated and everything anyone or support have any help here on what i can do?

Ajleona,

Thank you for posting. Is this the only issue you are having? Is it only with the application? First try updating the profile and the PRL. If that does not work try removing the app and reinstalling. Let me know if this works.

its still doing it i have done all that before removed the app and all and updated it...it has to be a phone problem im not sure how i can fix it

Have you taken the phone into one of our service and repair centers to have the phone checked by one of our techs?
