My father, as the holder of the account, had been working with s Sprint customer care and specialists to reset my voicemail pin. They have failed to successfully do this many times as we have been working with them for 3 hours now.
All I want is to update my recorded voicemail greeting.
The ineptitude has me on my last nerve because frankly, this is completely ridiculous and entirely unacceptable for multiple people.
If someone could please advise or solve what should be a basic issue I would be less likely to leave Sprint for incompetence.
Currently they are asking my father what is I hear when I try to access voicemail and are surprised that I am using their service. Meaning that they have absolutely no idea what is going on.
He has been dropped from the service chat for the 5th time now.

Each of these persons have failed. More if you consider the one who wouldn't help my the first time I called myself.
