Recently I've noticed the camera on my Pixi has stopped working correctly. The pictures have a grainy, greenish, polarized color. I've already tried everything I can think of, restart, battery out, webdoc...etc. Has anyone else experienced this problem and how can it be fixed? Thank you.
I would suggest taken the device into our repair center and having a tech look at your device.
So while I had the camera on I removed the back cover of the phone and suddenly the camera was working fine again. I replaced the cover and have had no more problems.
