I have been with sprint for many years, I have never had so much problems with signal strength, I just purchased the pal pre. I have had nothing but problems, I called customer care they are no help. my 30 days are up tomorrow what can I do to get help with this problem?

Are you actually dropping calls or missing calls?
Or is it just the signal indicator is jumping around, showing low signal strength, etc?
I've seen the Pre show lower signal than other phones, but it's still able to place and recieve calls just fine.
