Phone troubleshooting tools:


Power and battery: Includes topics such as device won’t charge, takes too long to charge and battery tips to help you manage your battery and power issues.

            Sim Card: offers tips on why your SIM card is not being detected.

            Phone Calls: provides troubleshooting tips for why you may not have a mobile signal or why your device keeps dropping calls.

Display & buttons: has topics related to auto rotate for the display, screen blackout, backlight issues and issues with one or more keys not working on the device.

Internet & Data: having issues with using the browser to surf the internet or using apps via Wi-Fi. This section walks you through network mode and status updates.

Sound & Vibration: tips to help resolve cracking or popping sounds for an external speaker. In addition, the section provides ringtone, notification and vibration troubleshooting support.
